结温测量是将器件温度与二极管正向压降进行相关而测量的。为了采集P-N结的真实温度,要尽量避免给其增加额外热量,因此正向压降[2]一般是利用很短的电流脉冲进行测量的。如果驱动电流较高,那么短脉冲就特别重要。在高亮度LED测量中往往如此。
Junction temperature measurements are performed bycorrelating device temperature to diode forward voltage drop.The forward voltage is measured using very short current pulsesin order to avoid additional heating of the junction to capture the true temperature of the junction. Short pulses are especiallyimportant if the drive current is high, as is often the case withhigh brightness LEDs.
