为了达到D86干点分析仪温度控制要求,基于TDA2086相位控制器的特点,将其应用于D86干点分析仪加热器温度控制电路。通过采用TDA2086内置斜坡发生器、双向可控硅负触发脉冲信号、电压、相位角同步控制等功能,该温度控制电路的测量精度不低于1.0%,响应时间未超出3 min,完全满足炼油工艺对干点测量和控制的要求。 Abstract: In order to achieve the need of heater control of D86 boiling point analyzer,the TDA2086 was applied in the heater control circuit of D86 based on the features of TDA2086 phase controller. The system uesed its function in the application of the ramp generator,negative trgger gate pulses,voltage and phase angle. The heater control circuit is more measuring accuracy and provides a short response time than other analyzer,its measuring accuracy is not less than one Percent,the response time is within three minutes. It is more satisfied to measure and control for designated percent recovered boiling point in the refined processes.
