摘要为更好地满足某制药厂管控一体化的需要，确保产品质量的稳定性，并能及时改善产品质量，在对当前发酵罐工段的实际生产现状分析的基础上，提出了基于现场总线控制系统（FCS）的发酵罐改造项目设计，并给出了实施方案。结果表明，本设计方案能满足现场的应用需求，为企业生产管理信息系统的实施提供了坚实基础。关键词现场总线控制系统（FCS） 管理信息系统（MIS） 管控一体化发酵罐Abstract In order to further satisfy the requirement of bringing integrated management and control into effect in certain pharmaceutics plant，and keep the stable quality in production and immediately improve the quality of the production，on the basis of analysis of current actualities of production in fermentor workshop section，a retrofit project design of fermentor based on fieldbus control system is stated and the implementing strategy is given.
