2440的WinCE5核跑不起来

我的2440跑三星的WinCE5.0 BSP，启动到下面就不往下进行了，屏幕上的启动Wince logo显示都正常，等了很久也没有进入桌面。我选择了BinFS的，并且用eboot烧写了nk到nand flash上都正常：
