[求助] LM3s6432 JTAG无法下载

芯片用的是LM3s6432 ,试了好几个板子，都是无法用J-link下载的情况（在该工程下其他板子可以正常下载）。。

硬件上电压都是正确的，但是TRST脚位电压不正常只有2V。。原理图和芯片脚位、连接情况都确认了，没有问题，

应该不是所谓的锁死问题，请教高手，有没有遇到过相似的问题。。。。万分感谢！！！
