求助解决2407板子故障问题

    我的DSP控制板是2407最小系统和CPLD，5V电压通过7333提供3.3V。做实验时误用了12V的供电电压，CPLD烧坏了。把CPLD吹下来后DSP的PWM输出正常，也可以仿真，可是把CPLD再焊上以后DSP就无法进入仿真界面了，我的仿真器是cc2000，提示错误为：
  “can\'t Initialize Target DSP
      Target initialization failed. Check target power, and JTAG connection
      I/O Port=378

      Board Name:sdgo2xx
      Cpu Name:CPU_1 ”
  
    请各位高人帮我解决，本人感激不尽！

CPLD可以正常烧写，为什么会影响到2407呢？
急求各位高手帮忙！！

找到原因了

2407的复位和CPLD的RS是连在一起的，焊上CPLD以后这个复位信号始终为低，可能是这个原因造成的2407不能仿真，可是目前找不到拉低复位信号的原因，请各位帮忙！！！！！！！！！！

Check Unused pin options in your EDA synthesizer

Perhaps, the /RS pin of the CPLD is shared with other functionalities such as IO port(This is the case in EPM1270). So you should check for your CPLD unused pins, disabling options like \"Unused pins as output, pulled to ground\", and enabling \"Unused pins as input, tri-stated\" if you do not need this reset signal. Another way is to dedicate the /RS pin as a global reset pin by checking the option\"Enable device-wide reset\".
