烧片子出现这样的话是什么意思呢？

还有一句是:

The address specified in the COFF file is out of range（Flash Memory）

PROG的长度设置有问题，你的内部flash根本就没有0x7000,建议改为0x4000看一下了

问题终于找到了.原来是外接电源供电不够的问题...后来换了一个12V的变压器都搞定了.

供电电流不足的情况，我也遇到过。当时现象就是仿真一点问题没有，一旦烧写FLASH就死在那里
哈哈，看来设计板子时还真要把所需电流大概算一下，选用合适电源，宁大勿小
