这和BIOS没有关系.

个人的尝试

个人感觉是：问题是，H0SRAM的容量不够。
           当增大H0SRAM的长度时，可以建立。如下：
           Build Complete,
               0 Errors, 0 Warnings, 0 Remarks.
  但是，Load时出现问题。如下：
  Loader: One or more sections of your program falls into a memory region that is not writable.  These regions will not actually be written to the target.  Check your linker configuration and/or memory map.
