本人猎头，现受某美资半导体企业高薪急急急招聘Sr.FAE一职，职责与要求如下：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate with Sales and FAE group to implement automotive business strategy.
2. Develop market and drive customer design wins in automotive industry.
3. Serve as technical interface to customers, analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues.
4. Provide technical and field support to end customer.
5. Drive regional revenue growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s or above, master degree with related experience is preferred
2. 5+ years related working experience in automotive industry is required
3. Strong technical knowledge of products, strong understanding of the automotive market
4. Strategic thinking, sensitive marketing sense and outstanding sales skill
5. Ability to take initiative in problem solving
6. Strong communication skill both in English and Chinese
