Reflection Oscillator Design Tutorial

      This paper discusses the design of a basic reflection oscillator, using a distributed resonator and micro-strip circuit elements. The first design is of a fixed frequency oscillator and the second design uses a varactor for frequency tuning. Throughout the designs, Agilent ADS large and small circuits and simulations are given to verify each design stage.
