工作目標
Identify ARTESYN’s future product trend and market technology requirements on Electro Mechanical components, i.e. Battery, Fan, Relay, and Switch.
Evaluate the manufacturer capability and technology roadmap and developing new potential suppliers, adopt suitable technology and material according to our next generation product development plan.
Develop new supplier products with Advanced engineering requirements.
Provide recommendation to GCM for preferred supplier and part selection on technical aspect.
Provide technical support on DFM guidelines for NPI programs.
Cooperate with SQE on technical evaluation to minimize quality issue.
職能︰
Familiar with Electro Mechanical components industry, ability to analyzetechnology trend, select and develop supplier on technology aspect, and recommendsuitable technology to ARTESYN engineering teams for upcoming new product.
經驗︰A minimum of 10 years of experience in electro mechanical component industry, preferably in manufacturing or engineering positions.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in electro mechanical components parts sourcing with suppliers operating in China.
A proven track record of quickly learning a new sourcing environment and ability to understand new technology.
Understand the manufacturing process, cost structure and technologies for electro mechanical component industry.
Experience in battery industry is preferable; less working experience but with solid experience in battery industry may also be consider
Familiar with industrial standard and able to evaluate Supplier Patients.
