最近做了个板子,不管是自测还是测试部门的标准测试都很顺利。然而样机交付给了客户之后客户说网口不通。然后他们认为这是我的问题,各种怀疑,怀疑电源噪声,纹波,信号完整性,电磁干扰。我测了一边又一遍,始终是我这边的网口能跑到千兆网速,他们那边的样机网口不通。百思不得其解,好几天束手无策。过了几天之后客户很猥琐的打电话来说他们根本没有使用我们配套的Linux内核.PHY接口的配置参数不一样,这要是网络能通就有鬼了。就为了这么蠢的一个事情白白浪费几天时间记录一个很沙雕的硬件调试问题...
