MOS管失效会不会造成外接电压对电池的高电压充电
如上两个图:电路采用电池和外接24VDC一起供电,当有外接电(DC-DC,BL8037提供24V转3.62V)时,电池不工作。电路供电通过MOS2和MOS3控制。与电池厂家交流,提供信息有客户存在MOS失效,导致外接24V给电池充电,导致电池发生烧毁。自己查了MOS管失效的几个点,也没看懂,来请教一下大家,上述切换控制电路如果两个MOS管失效,会不会存在将24V加在电池两端的情况?(我自己分析的不会,只有在R3短路且MOS3发生GD短路;R3短路且MOS2发生GS...
