易电源试用报告3.3:LMZ12010与LMZ12001具体测试
先上表格LMZ12001的纹波有点大。我在输出端设置的电容有100uF铝+47uF瓷片+10uF瓷片+1uF。对比原版的LMZ12002模块与我山寨的这个模块的话,主要的不同就是输出电容的ESR不同,可能就是因为这个吧。也可能是因为在这种场合下芯片的稳压方式变了,导致输出纹波增大。另外我发现采用单面板还是不能很好的散热,输出电流大一些的时候芯片发烫,可能芯片与铺地之间连接的锡膏没有完全融化,导致导热不良,也可能是单面板散热能力差些。发热明显的另一个原因,在AN2027上说明了:“Beawa...
