DESCRIPTION
Ø
2CW035XXXJL-R series are low-power zener diode chips
for plastic package that fabricated in silicon epitaxial planar
technology.
Ø
These series is asymmetrical regulator voltage chips, that is
the upper limit and lower limit is asymmetrical, e.g. Vz=3.0V
chips: the upper limit is 3.25V, the lower limit Is 2.95V, the
specification is better suitable for customer’ using habit.

The chip thickness is 180µm or 150µm. The top electrode
material is Al, and the back-side electrode material is Au.

Chip size: 0.35 X 0.35 (mm)

Pad Size: when Vz 10V, is 0.216 X 0.216 (mm) ; Vz<10V
is 0.200 X 0.200(mm)
