LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
The UTC
75232
is a monolithic IC containing three
independent drivers and five receivers which comply with the
requirements of the TIA/EIA232-F standards
.
FEATURES
* Single chip with easy interconnection of the UART and
serial-port connector of personal computer.
* Meets standard TIA/EIA-232-F and ITU V.28
* Up to 120 kbps data rate
* 20-pin SOP/ DIP/SSOP/TSSOP packages
