是因为隔离示波器高频CMRR不高的原因吗?
各位好~我用隔离示波器TPS2024观察一个信号,这个信号叠加在一个高频的共模电压上。该共模电压以30k~40k的频率在+30V和-30V之间高速跳动。但是我从示波器观察到的却是该信号叠加在一个0.7Hz150mVp-p的正弦波上。我怀疑该正弦波是不是因为由于TPS2024在高频时共模抑制能力较差而带来的。但是这又不能解释为什么该正弦波的频率是0.7Hz。请问各位我的怀疑是否有道理。或者还有什么其他原因?谢谢各位了!是因为隔离示波器高频CMRR不高的原因吗?隔离时的测量值是准确的...
