在最近坛子里举办的“DIY自己专属应急灯”活动讨论方案的过程中,有网友提出应用恒流源芯片。让我想到在应用pt100测温度的时候,需要自己设计横流源,TI公司或者美信公司是否有能替代这种应用在tp100上的恒流源的芯片呢?不知道大家是否知道,有没有这种现成的横流芯片!关于恒流源芯片电流不大的话用两个三板管和一两个电阻就可以搭成了,1mA左右,精度有1%~2%左右吧,看你搭得怎么样了pt100要求的好像是100mA左右,低于200mA,记的不太清楚了。没有人知道是否有芯片能完成...
