今天帮一位客户看电路,产品一上电有很小的概率将电源芯片烧毁,电源芯片是TPS5430降压芯片,输入电压为24V电流5A按理说应该在电源芯片的承受范围内,用的是笔记本电脑适配器,输入只接了一个大的电解电容滤波,我怀疑是浪涌电流将电源芯片击穿,烧坏的引脚正好是24V电源输入引脚,请大神指点求教电源上电烧毁电源芯片输入侧滤波电容的浪涌充电电流又不是稳压芯片提供的,你觉得你的判断靠谱么?查两个方面:一是输入电压是否瞬间过高限,二是输出是否有较大的瞬态过流。“我怀疑是浪涌电流将电源芯片击穿”...
