我有一个电路需要使用3.3V给传感器供电,使用TPS7A88稳压3.3V后经过0603的1欧姆电阻后又接了一颗村田的080547uF电容,电容的耐压是50V。简化电路如下图:实际使用时刚上电短时间内工作正常,过一段时间传感器输出就会漂浮不定,经过检查是VO端的电压波动在1~4mV左右,VO与传感器断开时1R电阻两端电压20mV左右,说明VO端会有电流经过47uF的电容流到地。去掉47uF电容后工作正常,重新焊上同一批电容后工作一段时间又会出现上述情况。现在考虑可能是PCB...
