4. PACKING METHOD
包装方法
ONLY FOR 2074119 series:
Place package each connectors of cable with bubble bag and tie with wire tie.
用气泡袋将CABLE两端的连接头包½并用扎带扎½。
ONLY FOR 5-6434357-2~5 & 5-2074119-4:
4.1.1. Coil cable to fit box & into relevant polybag and seal with two small tape.
盘绕适½大小尺寸(依据袋子)的CABLE后放入相应的塑料袋中并用两小块透明胶布封½其开口。
FOR OTHERS:
4.1.2. Coil cable to fit bag and heat-seal it.
盘绕适½大小尺寸(依据袋子)的CABLE后放入袋中并热封其开口。
ONLY FOR 5-6434357-2~5 & 5-2074119-4:
4.2.1. Place an inner label to the right below of polybag.
在袋子的右下方贴上内标签。
FOR OTHERS:
4.2.2. Place an inner label to the middle of bag.
在袋子的中间贴上内标签。
4.3. Set up a box and secure bottom flaps with tape.
折叠½一包装箱，并用胶带封½箱的底部。
4.4. Place proper bubble pack based on 3. into the bottom of box, bubble facing down.
根据3中的用量在箱底放入适½的气泡垫，气泡面朝下.
注：上面所放的气泡垫的数量与下面所放的数量相同。

4.5. Place as 4 qty cables into box.
按3中的指定数量将
CABLE
平放入箱中(CONNECTOR之间相互错开)。
4.6. Place proper bubble pack, bubble facing up.
在产品的上面放适½的气泡垫，气泡面朝上。
注：上面所放的气泡垫的数量与下面所放的数量相同。

4.7. Seal the box with tape. And place product identification label and ul label in "product id" marked on box.
用胶带封箱，在箱外印有“PRODUCT
ID”标识处贴上外标签和UL
标签。

4.8. Stick two customer label on the location of box.
在箱外指定½½贴两张客户标签.
贴法:
一张贴在印有"PRODUCT
ID"
标识面的左上方, 具½贴法请参照样板图1;
另一张贴在与第一张相邻½没印有"PICK/SHIP" 标识面的右上方, 具½贴法请参照样板图2.
注：

标签贴在外标签的同一外箱侧边。
