For bidirectional construction, indicate a CA as suffix after part number (e.g. M1.5KE33CA). For Bidirectional types
having VWM of 8 volts and under, the ID leakage current is doubled. Bidirectional capacitance is half that shown in
Figure 4 at zero volts.
For unidirectional, the forward voltage (V

) is 3.5 volts maximum at 100 Amps peak for 8.3 ms half-sine wave.
