Pass the cable through the gland
Pull through as much cable as required in the cabinet
Pull an extra 100mm of cable through the gland
Strip off 10mm of insulation from the cable (do not strip the screen)
Pull the cable back out of the gland so the stripped area is under the EMC flaps
Tighten the compression gland
