GENERAL DESCRIPTION
74HC/HCT688
The 74HC/HCT688 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices
and are pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL
(LSTTL). They are specified in compliance with JEDEC
standard no. 7A.
The 74HC/HCT688 are 8-bit magnitude comparators.
They perform comparison of two 8-bit binary or BCD
words.
The output provides P = Q.
