24.25–26.725 GHz
Compact Sector Antennas
for Broadband Wireless Systems
N
ow broadband system designers and engineers have an ideal
solution to the complex and difficult problem of providing optimum,
cost effective coverage for broadband communications with new
Andrew Broadband Communication Antennas (BCA). Andrew BCA
antennas cover the 24.25–26.725 GHz band. These compact 90°
sector antennas delivers 15 dBi of gain performance.
The BCAC090-250 antennas are engineered to provide an
integrated solution to the customer’s radio platform.
•
15 dBi Gain @ 90° sector
•
Integrated mount for customer radio platform
•
Equivalent pattern performance in both horizontal and vertical
polarizations
•
Complete band coverage: 24.25–26.725 GHz
•
WR42 waveguide interface

Installation Instructions
1. Remove protective waveguide cover and apply a thin film of silicone grease
(supplied) to o-ring on radio interface hub.
2. Mount antenna to radio mount using 8-M6 screws (customer supplied). Ensure
that antenna is oriented correctly with “TOP” marking on antenna aligned with
top of radio mount.
3. Tighten hardware securely and install radio to mount.
