The temperature cycling sequential is from the step 1 through 5.
The temperature coefficient shall be within the specified
tolerance for the temperature coefficient. The temperature
coefficient equals [(Ci-C3)/C3]/(Ti-T3). The capacitance drift is
calculated by dividing the differences between the
maximum and minimum measured values in the Step 1, 3 and 5
by the capacitance value in Step 3.

Test Method
Solder the capacitor to test jig (glass epoxy board) shown in
fig below. Soldering should be done either by hand iron of

of rosin. Preheat at 80
