Battery powered devices. DC/DC converters in distributed power
systems. DC/DC converter for Field Programmable Gate Array
(FPGA).

-55°C to +125°C
Storage Temperature:
-55°C to +125°C
Inductance Tolerance:
±20%
Testing:
Inductance is tested on an HP4285A at 100KHz, 0.25V
