Dual 4-Input Data Selector/Multiplexer
with 3-State Otputs
High-Performance Silicon-Gate CMOS
The SL74HC253 is identical in pinout to the LS/ALS253. The device
inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup
resistors, they are compatible with LS/ALSTTL outputs.
The Address Inputs select one of four Data Inputs from each
multiplexer. Each multiplexer has an active-low Output Enable control
and a three-state noninverting output.
Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
Operating Voltage Range: 2.0 to 6.0 V
