DESCRIPTION
The K3020P, K3020PG series consists of a phototriac
optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting
diode in a 6-lead plastic dual inline package.
The non-zero crossing functionality enables full wave
control. Featuring galvanic and electrical noise isolation, the
output is able to directly switch AC loads or drive medium to
high power TRIACs.
