1. DESCRIPTION
The M37273MFH-XXXSP is single-chip microcomputers designed
with CMOS silicon gate technology. The M37273MFH-XXXSP has a
OSD, data slicer, and I

C-BUS interface, so it is useful for a channel
selection system for TV with a closed caption decoder.
M37273EFSP is used at the time of program creation. Please refer
to Data Sheet of “M37273M8-XXXSP, M37273MFH-XXXSP,
