This manual describes the hardware of Oki-original CMOS 4-bit microcontrollers MSM63182A, MSM63184A, and
MSM63188A (hereinafter called MSM63180 family).
Refer to the “nX-4/250, 300 Core Instruction Manual” for details of the 4-bit CPU core nX-4/250 which is built in
MSM63180 family devices.
