MX6895
Description
Built on Clare’s high voltage integrated circuit (HVIC)
technology, the MX6895 combines high-side and
low-side N-channel power MOSFET drivers in a full
bridge configuration. The circuit is optimally configured
to be used as a commutator for High Intensity
Discharge (HID) lamps.
