GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJM412 is a dual, precision JFET input operational
amplifier, which is wide operating voltage range
±5V
to
±16V
and
high input impedance. Internal trimming provides low input offset
voltage as 0.8mV (typ.) and 2mV (max.) and low offset voltage
drift as 7µV/°C (typ.) and 20µV/°C (max.). In addition, with a slew
rate of 15V/µs and a bias current of 200pA (max.), the NJM412 is
suitable for high-speed integrators, D/A converters, sample & hold
circuits and high-speed buffers.
