Repair shall be done only once and soldering iron
temperature shall be 350°C max. within 5 seconds.
2. Chip-mounting Considerations
1) Pressure to the product at picking up and off by
mounting machine shall be 9.8 N (1 Kgf) max. with
ø2.5 mm of edges shaped.
2) Circuit board and mold package shall be fixed by
adhesive resin at mounting.

Test Methods
Unless otherwise specified, electrical measurements (initial/after
tests) shall be conducted at temperature of 5 to 35°C, relative humidity
of 45 to 85% and atmospheric pressure of 860 to 1060 hPa.
The voltage between two terminals with the specified measuring
current CmA DC applied is called Vc or V
CmA
. The measurement
shall be made as fast as possible to avoid heat affection.
