DESCRIPTION
NEC Type RD [ ] JS series are DHD (Double Heatsink Diode) con-
struction Mini Package (DO-34; Body length 2.4 mm Max.) possessing
an allowable power dissipation of 400 mW, featuring low noise, sharp
breakdown characteristic.
