The S-25A010A/020A/040A are high-speed, low-power-
consumption, SPI serial E

PROMs that operate over a wide
range. Their capacities are 1 Kbit, 2 Kbits, and 4 Kbits, and
their organizations are 128 words
×
8 bits, 256 words

bits, and 512 words

8 bits, respectively. They feature
page writing and sequential reading.
