XO Series 100
Product Description
This SMD Space XO is designed for space clock applications and is based on hybrid technology.
The reference is resistant to shock and vibration environment.
Key advantages of this frequency source are its compact size (14x9x3.8mm), low weight (2g) and
low power consumption of 0,1W.
This XO is manufactured in accordance with MIL-PRF-55310 (Class 2, type 1, level S) and EMs can
be delivered with a very short lead time.

Low consumption: 20 mA
Supply Voltage : +3.3V or +5V
Overall Frequency Stability over 15 years ± 100ppm
Output Wave Form : square CMOS compatible
