200mA CMOS LDO Regulator IC
1-. DESCRIPTION
The TK647xxAB6 is a CMOS LDO regulator. The
package is the very small 4-bump flip chip.
The IC is designed for portable applications with space
requirements.
The IC can supply 200mA output current.
The IC does not require a noise-bypass capacitor.
The IC offer ultra fast transient response.
The output voltage is internally fixed from 1.5V to 4.2V.
