介绍了在一定电压、电流值和反峰电压下的充放电试验方法,并经过深入分析归纳出设计电路中L,R元件参数的公式,为测试某型号脉冲电容器的质量及工作可靠性提供了依据。实验要求脉冲电容器充电电压10 kV,放电电流4 kA,重复频率可调6~10 s/次,测试5 000次。充电电源采用恒流充,具有速度快,效率高,对电容损伤小等优点,开关采用高压真空接触器;智能控制器采用FPGA控制,具有控制灵活,稳定性高,测量精度高等优点。放电回路是在RLC二阶电路欠阻尼状态下进行的。通过仿真,验证了元件参数设计正确。 Abstract: For testing the capacitor’s quality and work reliability of a certain type of pulse,this paper introduces a charge-discharge experimental method in certain voltage, current and reverse peak voltage, and through in-depth analysis the text concludes a series of formulas for designing the component parameter of R and L in the circuit. Experimental requirements that the pulse capacitor recharging voltage is 10kV, its discharge current is 4kA, its repeatition frequency is adjustable for 6~10 seconds/time, and required 5 000 cycles tests. The charging power adopts constant-current filling, which has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency, little injury for capacitance. The switch adopts vacuum contactor switch. The intelligent controller adopts FPGA controlling, which has the advantages of vivid control,high stability,and high measuring accuracy and so on. The discharge circuit is under the condition of RLC second-order circuit. Through simulation, it proves that the design of component parameter is correct.
