纱线张力是纺纱中的重要工艺参数之一，它在很大程度上决定了纱线花型变换的规律及大小，对纱线产品的工艺和质量影响非常大。到目前为止，还没有一种既能测量又能控制纱线张力的控制器，在纺纱行业中大规模地应用。本文对纺纱过程中纱线张力的控制器进行了较全面的研究。系统在设计了硬件电路的基础上，编制了纱线张力控制器的软件模块。软件功能较全，人机交互友好。关键字: 张力；控制器；处理器；电路Abstract: Yarn tension is one of the most important parameters; it affects the structure transferring trend of the yarn and the quality of the spinning. So far, there isn’t any control system which can be not only used for measuring, but also used for the yarn tension control. If so, it can be used in the spinning fields widely. It analyzed the control system of the yarn tension in this paper. Based on the designing of the hardware, it designs the software module of the system.
