He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Arizona, Tucson, in 1963, 1965, and 1969, respectively. In 1969 he joined the Research and Development Laboratory, Fairchild Semiconductor, Palo Alto, CA, where he was involved in the development and application of new technologies for analog integrated circuits. In 1971 he ioined the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Scince, University of California, Berkeley, where he is now Associate Professor. Since 1971 he has acted as Consultant to Fairchild Semiconductor, Signetics Cotworation, and Intel Corporation. Dr. Gray is a member of Eta Kappa Nu and Sigma Xi. ……
