通过建立动态车间过程监控与其他组成部分的交互模型明确了车间过程监控的主要职能，进而，进行了基于调度特征信息的车间过程静态数据分析及其动态运行扰动分析，指出了车间过程监控的难易程度和关键。在此基础上，提出了一种基于多Agent 的动态车间智能监控模型，并通过实例对动态车间过程监控进行了验证。关键词：动态车间, 过程, 监控, 建模Abstract: The interaction model of dynamic monitoring and other shop floor managementsubsystem is established, by which the function of shop floor process monitoring is outlined.Furthermore, the schedule feature information-based statistic data analysis of shop floor process and its dynamic disruption analysis, which helps find the key of process monitoring, is presented.
