本文根据履带车辆悬挂系统动力学模型的仿真分析和大量的台架实验,提出了履带车辆半主动悬挂最优阻尼的控制策略, 根据半主动悬挂系统控制对象的特点,本文提出“管理集中、控制分散”的分布式控制方案。对履带车辆半主动悬挂控制系统进行了硬件、软件构架的创新性的设计,并将研究成果用于工程应用,实验表明本文设计的控制系统实现简单,控制有效,并且可靠性高,可以有效的改善车内振动环境,提高车辆的机动性,具有推广价值。关键词:最优阻尼;半主动悬挂;履带式车辆;分布式系统Based on the analysis about the tracked vehicle suspension model and rig testing, theoptimal damping ratio control method was given in the paper. According to the character ofsemi-active suspension control objects, the distributed control system project was given. In the paper, the hardware and software of Semi-suspension control system were designed, and which was used in the tracked vehicle test.
