In high-speedand high-density Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designs, Crosstalk problem is more and more important.This article analyze the theory of crosstalk，effects of crosstalk on signal integrity and also give someprinciples on minimization of crosstalk in high-speed PCB design.Key word: Crosstalk, High-speed PCB, Signal integrity
