HA-2640 and HA-2645 are monolithic operational amplifierswhich are designed to deliver unprecedented dynamicspecifications for a high voltage internally compensateddevice. These dielectrically isolated devices offer very lowvalues for offset voltage and offset current coupled withlarge output voltage swing and common mode input voltage.For maximum reliability, these amplifiers offer unconditionaloutput overload protection through current limiting and a chiptemperature sensing circuit.
