在压电陶瓷驱动下, CMO S 图像传感器在焦平面内每帧位移一个象素以获取一个帧与帧之间存在位移的周期性图像序列, 通过电子反向位移对准, 将一个周期内的图像帧叠加以消除固定图案噪声(fixed pat tern no ise, FPN ). 选用SV GA 的数字式CMO S 图像传感器进行多帧微扫描成像试验. 试验结果证明, 多帧微扫描所得图像与无微扫描的单帧图像相比FPN 已经完全消除.关键词: 信噪比; 微扫描; CMO S 图像传感器; 固定图案噪声; 多帧平滑Abstract: A ctuated by PZT , the CMO S im age sen so r is sh if ted one p ixel in focal p lane every f ram e and a periodic im age sequence w ith disp lacem em n t s betw een f ram es is ach ieved.
