在海岸带滩涂研究中，传统的地面调查方法不仅工作量大，而且实施起来非常困难；遥感技术由于具有感测范围大、获取信息快、更新周期短的特点，为海岸带滩涂调查和地貌演变的分析和研究提供了较好的方法和手段。文章探讨了遥感技术，特别是遥感与地理信息系统相结合在天津海岸带滩涂研究中应用的明显优势。关键词：遥感；天津海岸带；滩涂Abstract: In coastal investigation，traditional methods mean not only heavy work，but also very difficult to put in practice. However，remote sensing can examine great range, obtain theinformation fast，upgrade period short，which provides a more efficient method and instrument for resource investigation and physiognomy evolvement in coast.
