The AAT4910 is a 28V half-bridge dual MOSFET driver forhigh-current DC-DC converter and motor driver applications.It drives both high-side and low-side N-channelMOSFET switches controlled by a logic input. The internaldriver circuitry and MOSFET driver power comes from a5V input allowing the use of low-threshold MOSFETs. Thehigh-side driver output stage is allowed to float at up to28V, allowing a broad range of power sources.
