为提高中小型工厂低压配电的自动化程度和可靠性,把基于AI系列仪表和AIBUS通信协议的现场总线技术AIFCS与触摸屏结合,研制出配电智能化监控系统。该系统将硬件电路组装在开关柜中,通过MCGSE组态软件开发设计监控软件,在全中文操作界面上,显示系统的配置及各种电气参数,实时控制现场各用电设备、PLC和单片机等。实现配电网数据采集、监控和管理。整个系统集成度高,能满足工业低压配电监控系统分散化、网络化、智能化的要求。关键词 现场总线技术;AI仪表;触摸屏电脑; MCGSE组态软件中图分类号: TM76 文献标识码:A 文章编号:Design of industrial power distribution intelligent monitoring system based on AIFCSChi Yan1, Huang Zhong-ming2,Lu Li-ping1(1.School of Information Engineering,Jimei University, 2. Basing on the AI series instruments and AIBUS communication protocols, the proposed system could improve the low voltage power distribution’s automation and reliability in middle and small-scale factories.The hardware was integrated in a switch-cupboard while the monitor software was developed in MCGSE configuration software. The software can display the system configuration and electrical parameters, control the electrical devices, PLC and MCU in real time. The power distribution network data can also be collected, monitored and managed with the software. The whole system has high integration, can meet the industry low voltage power distribution monitoring system’s requirements in decentralization, network and intelligentization.Key words: Fieldbus technology;AI instrument;Touch-screen-computer;MCGSE configuration software引 言集散控制系统DCS自20世纪70年代问世以来,己成为技术成熟的先进控制设备。由于DCS安装接线复杂、维护困难,大大制约了它的发展。为了克服DCS的不足,20世纪90年代初,现场总线控制系统FCS应运而生。现场总线技术[1][2]是现代电子技术、计算机技术、通信技术与控制技术相结合的产物,是当今自动化和工业控制领域研究的热点。现场总线的出现标志着工业控制技术又一个新时代的开始,并将对自动化领域的发展产生重要影响。FCS的核心是实现现场一次仪表和执行机构的数字化,使得AI仪表同时具有数据通信、故障诊断、参数配置以及部分控制等功能,朝着智能化、数字化、网络化的方向发展[3]。基于AI仪表的现场总线技术AIFCS(Artificial Intelligence Fieldbus Control System)采用AIBUS通信协议,在9600波特率下能在40ms内向前端机发送4个重要数据,比采用MODBUS协议的进口仪表速度高3~10倍以上。而且采用廉价的RS485通讯,AIFCS也能具备如DCS或FF、MODBUS等高价现场总线系统同等的使用效果。AIBUS通讯协议摆脱了国外大公司所设置的技术门槛,因此价格可低至国外现场总线产品的1/3~1/5。以目前的技术,AIBUS协议有一定的通用性,可与国内外许多的组态软件实现通讯。
