The LM2675 series of regulators are monolithic integratedcircuits built with a LMDMOS process. These regulatorsprovide all the active functions for a step-down (buck)switching regulator, capable of driving a 1A load current withexcellent line and load regulation. These devices are availablein fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5.0V, 12V, and anadjustable output version.
